How
a Commission is Divided
(Only Sellers pay Commission)
|
|
|
First,
I offer ½,
of the total commission to other co-operating brokers/agents
in the community as compensation if one of them secures
a buyer for your home. They, in turn, split that amount
with their company. The
balance, or other ½, is split between Reece
& Nichols, the Koehler Bortnick Team, and Myself.
The portion that I keep covers my salary and my business
expenses to sell your home. |
|
|
My
business expenses or risk capital include the following:
My
Risk Captial.

found!) |
